New Coffee Release: Bayron Castellanos

We are honored to release Bayron Castellanos’ coffee for the first time! This coffee was dry or naturally processed by Aldea Development, our sister organization, at our beneficio (aka wet mill) in La Union, Honduras.   PURCHASE BAYRON'S COFFEE HERE >>     A quick briefing on coffee processing:  Immediately after the coffee cherries are harvested, they are taken directly to the beneficio to be processed. Here, they test the coffee to see the rate of possible defects that are present by floating the whole fruit in water.
