Aldea Coffee works directly with individual microlot coffee farmers in La Unión, Honduras. We import the coffee ourselves, and pay the farmers well above the fair trade standard.

The wholesale team
Andrew is one of the co-owners of Aldea. He will help you choose the coffees that are right for you, and consultation on opening a cafe, or building out your coffee program.
Michael is our equipment repair expert, and will take care of all your ongoing needs, from ordering to delivery and servicing.
Scott is our head coffee roaster, bringing expertise and precision to our coffee roasts, week after week. If you decide to create a custom blend, or visit the Roastery to do a cupping, Scott will meet with you to create or select a blend that is perfect to suit your needs.
