Roasted Coffee & Cafe Essentials
We offer single-origin communal blends from Honduras, Tanzania, and Columbia. We also offer a variety of single-farmer roasts in limited quantities.
We’ll help you find the coffee that’s the right fit for your organization. In addition to roasted coffee, we offer cold brew, lavender lemonade, chai concentrate, and several different house-made syrups.
Barista Training & Coffee education
Whether you are new to the coffee world and want to start with the basics or want to take your skills or business to the next level, we can customize a training program together to meet your specific needs. Our training team has over 10 years of experience, including certifications through the Specialty Coffee Association. We are ready to share our passion with you.
free weekly local delivery
We deliver coffee every week to the surrounding areas of West Michigan. Freshly roasted each week, and dropped off directly to your location free.
We can also ship wholesale coffee for businesses outside of the West Michigan area.
Green coffee sales
Aldea Coffee works directly with individual microlot coffee farmers in La Union, Honduras. We import the coffee ourselves, and pay the farmers well above the fair trade standard.

Andrew is one of the co-owners of Aldea. He will help you choose the coffees that are right for you, and get you setup with equipment that meets all your needs.
Michael is our equipment repair expert, and manages our wholesale finances. Bringing awesome dad energy to all your wholesale needs.
Scott is our head roaster, and will work with you if you decide to create a custom blend, or stop into the Roastery to do a cupping.
