A rich medium roast with notes of hazelnut, nougat, & jasmine. Isaias has produced coffee since 1998 in the Puca Opalaca Mountains near La Union where he owns and operates a coffee dry mill. Isaias employs sustainable practices at his farm, Finca JIREH, to protect his watershed and neighboring ecosystems.
